This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anuja Gaitonde being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Wasudeo Keshao Mangaokar died intestate at Mumbai on 05.02.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Milind died on 09.12.2013 leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by widow, one daughter, one daughter-in-law and one grandsons. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
