1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pankaj Khot being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Sulbha Khot died intestate at Delhi on 20.12.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. Deceased was survived by three brothers. Out of them one brother is petitioner herein and remaining two brothers have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.10.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is incomplete hence, Advocate to take steps accordingly. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
