This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mamta Sailesh Shah being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Thakorlal Nathalal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 19.02.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 19.01.2011. One son of deceased namely Sailesh died on 17.07.2013 leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter, one daughter-in-law and one grandson. Out of them daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and the son, daughter and grandson have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
