This Petition seeks issuance of probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of Veena Pratapchand Kapoor. Petition is filed by the Executor named in the Will. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.8 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 7 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent affidavit dated 31.12.2024 of Umraobai Champalal Jain, Prakash Champalal Jain, Manoharlal Champalal Jain, Mahendra Champalal Jain, Mithil Madanraj Jain, Harshi Madanraj Jain and

P5.TP.3817.2025.2025 Mithesh Madanraj Jain, the legal heir of the deceased persons is appended to page No. 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 and 38 the Petition. 5.

For the averments mentioned in the Petition and submissions made by Mr. Jadhav, Testamentary Petition is allowed in terms of the relief prayed.

Testamentary Department is directed to issue grant / probate having effect throughout India subject to all other compliances and strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today positively.
