Since both the legal heirs are joint Petitioners, the office objection raised in the requisition dated 05.08.2025 requiring furnishing of Administration Bond under Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules stands dispensed with. 4.

It is prima facie seen that both the legal heirs are the beneficiaries and they are Petitioners before the Court. In that view of the matter, the above order is passed.

Department shall proceed with issuance of Grant in accordance with law and the same shall be issued within a period of three weeks from today positively on all compliance.
