Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 13.11.2025. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that by praecipe dated 13.10.2025 copy of family tree is supplied. Deceased is survived by Soli Batliboi Ruttonshaw, a son of the deceased. Said Soli died in the year 1977 and he was survived by the son and his widow, namely Rati and daughter, present petitioner. Therefore, petitioner to state about the parents of the deceased 2.

A widow of since deceased son, namely Rati, died in the year 2008. Therefore, petitioner to state about the parents of Rati.

Petitioner to explain the chain of inheritance asper the provisions of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 and mention the names of the persons who are entitled to claim an inheritance as per the Law, vide Rule 389 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
