This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Celina Morgan D'souza being wife of deceased. Deceased namely Morgan Gabriel D'souza died intestate at Mumbai on 23.05.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by widow who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.09.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed in proper format. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
