TP/3906/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Ajit Hodage a/w. Sonkamble, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Naineshbhai Dhirubhai Patel being son of deceased. Deceased namely Dhirubhai Govindbhai Patel died intestate at Mumbai on 21.03.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son, two daughters, one daughter-in-law, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 22.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
