TP/3913/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Veena Advani, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vijay Kantilal Parikh and Paresh Kantilal Parikh being sons of deceased. Deceased namely Kantilal Mohanlal Parikh died intestate at Mumbai on 14.06.1989. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 19.04.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 18.03.1992. Deceased was survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them both sons are petitioners herein and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioners herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 08.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
