This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vikas Gopal Mhaskar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Gopal Ramkrishna Mhaskar died intestate at Thane on 11.11.1987. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 03.07.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 27.03.2015. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
