This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Devendra Anant Buchade being son of deceased Nos. 1 and 2 and brother of deceased No. 3. Deceased No. 1 namely Chhaya Anant Buchade died intestate at Dombivali, Thane on 09.02.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Anant Babu Buchade died intestate at Dombivali, Thane on 13.12.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 3 namely Rajesh Anant Buchade died intestate at Dombivali, Thane on 02.11.2001. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 11.04.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased Nos. 1 to 3. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife and deceased No. 3 is their son. Deceased No. 3 died died issue less. Widow of deceased No. 3 since deceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
