This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Suresh Hirabhai Patel being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Elaben Sureshbhai Patel died intestate at U. K. on 05.04.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by husband who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.09.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
