This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajesh Premjibhai Patel being son of deceased. Deceased namely Premjibhai Haridas Patel died intestate at Mumbai on 03.02.1994. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 16.05.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.09.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
