1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bharat Parekh being son of deceased. Deceased namely Chimanlal Parekh died intestate at Mumbai on 03.06.1995. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 17.03.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased had two sons and two daughters. One son of deceased namely Hasmukh died leaving behind his widow, one son and one daughter. One daughter of deceased namely Mina died leaving behind her husband and two sons. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter, three grandsons, one granddaughter, one son-in-law and one daughter-inlaw. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice is not filed. Administration Bond dated 19.09.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
