This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rahul Prakashchand Jain being son of deceased. Deceased namely Prakashchand Moolchand Jain died intestate at Mumbai on 01.09.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the other two sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation is not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned till 07.10.2025.
