This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mittal Deepak Meghani being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Deepak Pravinchandra Meghani died intestate at Gujarat on 11.10.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and two sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
