This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Roopali Vinay Vijayakar being great grand niece of deceased. Deceased namely Sindhu Vinayakrao Talpade died intestate at Mumbai on 20.11.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 08.05.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that as per para Nos. 5 to 8 of the petition, deceased was survived by great grand niece and husband of grand niece. Out of them great grand niece is petitioner herein and the husband of grand niece has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.09.2025 and Administration Bond 29.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
