This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hansa Chandravadan Haria being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Chandravadan Damji Haria died intestate at USA on 30.11.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond dated are not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
