This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pradeep Prabhakar Bhise being son of deceased. Deceased namely Prabhavati Prabhakar Bhise died intestate at Mumbai on 24.12.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one married daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the another son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 12.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
