This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pradyot Bhawanishankar Borkar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Bhawanishankar Shamrao Borkar died intestate at Mumbai on 30.07.1992. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 11.03.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Avadhut died leaving behind his widow and two sons. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter-in-law, two grandsons and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the daughter, daughter-in-law and two grandsons have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
