This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Raj Tejpal Shivjiani being son of deceased. Deceased namely Tejpal Mavji Shivjiani died intestate at USA on 06.11.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and three daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.11.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 04.10.2025 has been executed through Power of Attorney Holder but the Power of Attorney is not annex to the said Administration Bond and also endorsement on the said Administration Bond of the Affirming Officer is not mentioned. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
