This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rehana Masood Ahmed being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Masood Kabir Ahmed died intestate at Mumbai on 01.11.2001. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and two sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 02.11.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
