This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Gautam Gunvantray Patel being son of deceased. Deceased namely Gunvantray Dahyabhai Patel died intestate at Ahmedabad on 01.11.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Daughter of deceased namely Suman died on 22.12.2012 leaving behind one son and one daughter. Deceased was survived by two sons, one daughter, one granddaughter and one grandson. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.09.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 06.10.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
