1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Perviz Behram Guzdar, who is Niece of deceased. Deceased No. (1) namely Darabsha Rustomji Mistry, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 06.10.2001. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased no. 1 viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1". Deceased No. (2) namely Khorshed Dali Mistry, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 18.04.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B". As Affidavit dated 07.07.2025 filed for non availability of identification proof of the deceased no. 2. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. The legal heirs para not mentioned properly. Advocate to take steps accordingly.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 08.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.09.2025 are filed separately through e-filing.
