This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shailesh Nagindas Shah being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Lilaben Nagindas Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 18.02.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased No. 1 is annexed to the petition. The same is accepted. Deceased No. 2 namely Nagindas Kakaldas Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 17.09.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by three sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
