This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Iyer Neelkantan being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Ram Iyer died intestate at Tamil Nadu on 13.11.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.01.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased died on 13.11.1999. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one brother who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.09.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
