TP/4077/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Siddharth Desai i/b. Amreen Karimi, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Gypsy Rose Iyer being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Joseph Oswald Louis Braganza died intestate at Mumbai on 15.12.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was divorcee and divorce decree is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "C". Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and the son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
