This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Nalini Vivek Betrabet and Naresh Govind Bantwal (through his Constituted Attorney namely Nachiket Vivekanand Betrabet) being daughter and son of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Vimala Bai Bantwal died intestate at Bengluru on 01.12.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 02.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 16.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
