1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Aparna Bapu Acharekar, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Bapu Shankar Acharekar, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 13.07.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by widow only, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.10.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Administration Bond not required as petitioner is sole legal heir. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
