This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vijay Ramchandra Bawkar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ramchandra Mahadeo Bawkar died intestate at Mumbai on 22.01.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by only one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 13.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
