Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that Executor, namely APURVA JAYAVADAN MEHTA, while execution of the Will, sold certain property and purchase new property, which is not the part of the earlier grant, issued in the Probate Petition(TP No. 233/2022).

Hence, the petitioner to point out the provisions of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (for short "IS Act"), in this regard and ensure that this office is able to entertain the petition with such property.
