1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Parag Harish Dani being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Kantilal Chhotalal Dani died intestate at Mumbai on 29.05.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 16.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Harish died leaving behind his one son. Deceased is survived by one son and one grandson. Out of them grandson is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 30.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
