1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Adrian Joseph Rana being son of deceased. Deceased namely Louella Mari died intestate at Mumbai on 20.07.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by her husband and two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the husband and another son have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 08.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
