TP/4166/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Swati S. Mathkar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mamta Sailesh Shah being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Sushila Thakorlal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 19.01.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Sailesh died leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter, one daughter-inlaw and one grandson. Out of them daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and the son, daughter and grandson have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
