Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in order dated 11.11.2025, name of the petitioner and deceased are wrongly written as Kalpana Sunil Shah, petitioner and Bhanumati Champaklal Parekh, deceased. Hence, same may be corrected. 2.

Read order dated 11.11.2025 and perused petition. Order dated 11.11.2025 is required to be corrected as under;

a) In para no. 1 of the order dated 11.11.2025, name of the petitioner is corrected and read as "Shubhada Hemant Danait", name of the deceased is also corrected and read as "Hemant Ghanashyam Danait".

b) In para no. 3 date of death of the deceased is also corrected and read as "05.04.2012". c) Furthermore, para no. 5 is substituted and corrected and now it to be read as "Legal heirs of the deceased have consented by way of Affidavits to grant the prayer of the petitioner to grant Letters of Administration, without reserving any right. Legal heirs have accepted the facts regarding their relationship, inter se." d) Furthermore, in para no. 6 capacity of the petitioner is also corrected and read as "widow". 3.

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 11.11.2025 will remain as it is. Corrected order to be uploaded into CIS.
