Petitioner to file affidavit regarding pasting the citation on the Notice Board of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and Notice board of the Collector as well as upon service on the nonconsenting legal heirs of the deceased, vide Rule 397 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 3.

The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 383 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as there is correction/addition or deletion, etc. in the Will.
