1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 18.12.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 04.12.2025, name of the Testator is wrongly written as "Haji Mohd. Sarni alias Mohammad Sarni Ali Raza Khan alias Mohammad Sarnai Khan" instead of "Haji Mohd. Sami alias Mohammad Sami Ali Raza Khan alias Mohammad Sarnai Khan". Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Perused petition. In order dated 04.12.2025, name of the Testator is corrected and read as "Haji Mohd. Sami alias Mohammad Sami Ali Raza Khan alias Mohammad Sarnai Khan".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 04.12.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed form the board.
