1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 22.12.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 04.12.2025 name of the Testator is incorrectly written as Sarnai instead of Sami.

2. Hence, in order dated 04.12.2025, the word Sarnai is substituted by word Sami.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 04.12.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
