Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in order dated 20.08.2025 inadvertently citation for Letters of Administration with Will is issued instead of Letters of Administration without Will. Hence, same may be corrected.

Paragraph No. 1 of the order dated 20.08.2025 is corrected as "The petition is filed by the petitioner as Beneficiary named under the last Will and Testament a legal heir of the Deceased". Rest order stands as it is.
