This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Prathma Devendra Mayekar being daughter of deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 namely Sunita Dattaram Parulkar died intestate at Mumbai on 25.09.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased Nos. 2 namely Dattaram Vishnu Parulkar died intestate at Mumbai on 12.02.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased Nos. 1 and 2 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them one daughter petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
