This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vimesh Nanalal Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Hansaben Nanubhai Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 12.04.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Details of husband of deceased in para No. 5 of the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. deceased was survived by husband, one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. Consent of husband of deceased is not filed. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
