1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vimesh Nanalal Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Hansaben Nanubhai Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 12.04.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband, one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter and husband have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
