This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rohan Clarence Pinto being grandson of deceased No.1 and son of deceased No. 2. Deceased No. 1 namely Juliet Pinto died intestate at Mumbai on 27.05.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Clarence Pinto died intestate at Mumbai on 30.06.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Driving License is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were mother of deceased No. 2. Husband of deceased No. 1 and father of deceased No. 2 predeceased the deceased. Deceased No. 1 had five sons. One son of deceased No. 1 namely Clarence (deceased No. 2) died leaving behind his widow and two sons. Another son of deceased No. 1 namely Titus Pinto died leaving behind his widow, two daughters and and one son. Deceased No. 1 was survived by three sons, two daughters-in-law, three grandsons and two granddaughters. Out of them one grandson is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
