1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Prafulla Suryakant Kulkarni being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Hemlata Suryakant Kulkarni died intestate at Mumbai on 24.07.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Suryakant Bhawoorao Kulkarni died intestate at Mumbai on 04.05.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were wife and husband. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.03.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
