This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Gayatri Ganesh Dalvi being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Ganesh Manohar Dalvi died intestate at Mumbai on 05.08.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by his widow who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 16.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
