The objection contained in the twin requisitions dated 17.11.2025 and 16.12.2025 have been seen by the Court. There is no reason as to why Petitioner is directed by the Department to produce the document relating to filing of Income Tax returns of the surety. Petitioner is the sole Executor and only surviving legal heir of the deceased. He is infact the son of the deceased. 4.

In that view of the matter, Administration Bond which has

P11.TP.4261.2025.doc been filed by Surety is directed to be accepted and objection cotnained in aforesaid requisition stands dispensed with. 5.

Department is directed to proceed with issuance of Grant in accordance with law on all other compliances. 6.
