TP/4274/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Sharvari Nagvekar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sonam Mahadev Belose being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Mahadev Tanaji Belose died intestate at Mumbai on 20.11.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by mother, widow, one minor son and one minor daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and mother has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Petitioner being mother and natural guardian of minor son and minor daughter has given consent on their behalf. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 13.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
