This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Rajiv Pundlik Telang, Vivek Pundalik Telang (has filed petition through Constituted Attorney namely Suman Prithvinath Rao) and Meeta Lad (has filed petition through Constituted Attorney namely Rajiv Pundlik Telang) being sons and daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Pundlik Krishna Telang died intestate at Mumbai on 26.06.1989. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Tara Pundlik Telang died intestate at Thane on 27.10.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. The relation of both the deceased is not mentioned in the petition. Ld. Advocate states that both the deceased were survived by two sons and one daughter who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.09.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. The endorsement of production of original Power of Attorney is absent at the place of verification of the petition.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that as per letter dated 20.06.2024 as Exhibit - "G" to the petition of Registration and Stamp Department, he has paid stamp duty as per the said letter. Therefore, the said original Power of Attorneys will be available for production.

6. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
