1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kiran Pravin Bhagat being son of deceased. Deceased No.1 namely Pravinchandra Brijmohanlal Bhagat died intestate at Mumbai on 05.08.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No.2 namely Uma Pravinchandra Bhagat died intestate at Mumbai on 26.03.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 02.04.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of both the deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
