1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Zinnia Rusi Madon being daughter of deceased Nos. 1 and 2. Deceased No. 1 namely Zenobia Rusi Madon died intestate at Mumbai on 01.02.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Rusi Framrose Madon died intestate at Mumbai on 31.07.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs. As per amended Schedule, securities mentioned in the Schedule are Jointly held by deceased Nos. 1 and 2.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.09.2025 is filed. As surviving legal heirs of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
